Lightboxes

We offer unique, one of its kind on the Polish market, super-slim Lightboxes SlimBoard illuminated on sides in EdgeLit technology. The Lightboxes are made from corrosive-resistant aluminum shapes, welded to achieve appropriate inflexibility of the construction for large formats and varnished by means of powder to the color of a customer's preference. They have an inflexible, welded aluminum frame varnished by means of powder to the any RAL color, equipped with an extremely efficient system of print exchange – any ad may be changed by a single person within a minute without the necessity of using any specialist equipment.

Due to the implemented solutions, the thickness of a double-sided SlimBoard is only 4 cm and the largest format 200 by 300 cm. Thus, the range of outdoor and indoor applications of these advertisements is huge.

In traditional Lightboxes rows of lamps light the print from the back – for technological reasons it is necessary to keep a distance between the print and the lamps. This results in the fact that smaller Lightboxes must be at least a dozen centimeters thick and consume more energy.

The essence of the EdgeLit technology is a specially engraved acrylic matrix acting as an optical waveguide. It enables the light to evenly travel on the surface making it equally bright.

For edge lighting we use, depending on the purpose and size of a Lightbox, effective and reliable LEDs or new energy-saving fluorescent lamps – CCFLs, EEFLs or T5s. Their life-span approximates 100,000 hours and power requirements are lower by 80% in comparison to standard illuminated advertisements.

The electric system consists of standard, widely available and basically failure-free sub-assemblies – however, if the need arises individual elements may be easily and quickly replaced by the workers during the process of exchanging prints, all due to its modular construction.
